No one can stop a willing person, no one can succeed an unwilling person

Hello #3speak community this is @waverunner and welcome to my #3speak video.
When a person has a lot of desire towards a work, then no one can come as a hindrance to that work, just you can stop it for a time but not forever, if he wants to do it then he will do it. Like but if a person does not want to do any work, then no matter how much you try, you cannot get him to do that, you can give him as many facilities as you want, but if he does not want to do the work then all your efforts will fail.
