My friend Robert and I definitely couldn't get together, we didn't think twice about getting into trouble, we really liked to experiment and explore what the world had to offer, generally what adults forbade us (almost everything). Although our parents could not avoid the meetings between the two of us, since we studied in the same school, they tried to keep us separate and especially under surveillance.

But it was not always possible to keep us without strict parental control, at some point the bond of surveillance would be untied leaving our madness in freedom. One afternoon the planets aligned, we were both alone in our homes and bored and since we are neighbors I took advantage and went to Robert's house without knocking, I made the sound like imitating an owl, that was our password to let him know we were available for adventure.

Robert immediately let me in and immediately said to me: I'm bored, what are we doing today, to which I answered: - what if we do that bungee jumping thing, on TV it looks like a lot of fun. Robert's house had two floors so it seemed like a good idea to jump from the top, considering that there was a small balcony that could be used as a jumping platform.

There was one problem, neither of us had any rope to perform the bungee challenge, however we decided that this would be no impediment: we would jump without a rope. We were kids but not idiots, we solved the rope problem with mattresses, so they would cushion the fall and ensure the fun.

We went to the rooms, gathered 3 mattresses and piled them one on top of the other under the balcony, the fall would be about 3 meters but we saw it as 1 kilometer. The time came, we had to jump to the mattresses, we looked at each other and felt doubts, -you jump first... no better you, I give you that honor... Faced with the dilemma an idea occurred to me -hey Robert, what if we better throw your brother?

We called Elvis, he would be about 6 years old, he liked to watch us and was dying to participate in our adventures but we didn't like to include him, he was really annoying. We put Elvis on the platform, 1...2 and on the count of 3 we pushed him into the void of mattresses, so he became the first balconing practitioner in history (and the youngest I guess). After seeing the happy landing we decided to emulate the little pioneer so this time we didn't think about it and jumped into the fun.
