Green Tuesday and Thoughts

I see photography challenges all over Steemit and I saw birjudanak@birjudanak post Green Tuesday.

I typically don't take part because I only have my Moto X Pure Edition phone for pictures, but I took a couple
photographs of this lovely potted plant outside of my employment and hoped other eyes could feast in her symetry.

I don't know the name of this tall flower, but yearly the groundskeeper plants their majestic roots and I can see and photograph them.

Whenever weather permits, I take the stairs to the ground floor and walk around Erie, Pennsylvania during my fifteen minute breaks, or lunch. I struggle with Piriformis Syndrome from a pedestrian/car accident (where I was the pedestrian), so walking is a must.

Downtown Erie has a truly diverse population, and the local homeless shelter is by our ramp. I think these flowers brighten everyone who walks by. The FBI, Social Security and my coworkers also pass by. I bet I'm the only one who took a photo.

I've learned to enjoy beauty wherever it resides, and to capture as much as I am capable of.

Childhood means simplicity. Look at the world with the child's eye - it is very beautiful. Kailash Satyarthi
