Neon night walk in Katowice

Hi All,
I'm not having a lot time to develop photos and no time to post at Hive. But I've got some materials for next post so hopefully will manage more post in next week.

Let me start that Katowice was called City of Neons in the past. Since then they went out of favour. But since 2016 Katowice is doing a lot of things to change it image. From city from declining coal industry to new and bustling centre of Silesian Region. Nothing much makes city a wonderful sight as night illumination with neons.

The Katowice's is amazing. Showing history of coal and modern business centre. It this case changing colour pallet to green/white for highlighting eco initiatives at one of the city magistrates entrances.

Let's be proud of Silesian Heritage and enable future generations to be able to grow roots. As our current generations are struggling with what being a Silesian means. As You might read in book "Kajś" by Zbigniew Rokita, we are nor Polish nor German. But what it means is very personal. Which makes it super intresting.

Not only city is placing neons signs at their premises.
