Land Diary: Day 1 - Plot My Course

Finally! Land 1.0 is coming out at the end of the month. We get to survey, see our rarity, see what resources and for he first time, really get a feel for how this new game in the Splinterlands ecosystem is really going play.

Land is going to be one of those things that people need to do their research on, and it is going to be challenging to make sure you can level up your land, build your buildings and collect resources as fast as possible. But what will we need to do?

I don't know, but I am going to figure it out. To help others on this journey, I'm going to be posting my findings and my daily quest to have the best land I can. Thank you for taking this journey with me.

Land Diary: DAY 1 - March 1st 2023
Quick summary of my journey so far. I bought two plots of land during the second and third round of sales back in November of 2020. Since then, I've collected a total of 12 plots. One purchased today, but we'll get to that. 9 deeds, and 3 claimed.

I think totems are going to be valuable and I picked up 8 commons and 3 rares as of right now. I didn't get any during the initial sale. My DEC-B bag is around $175K and that's about it.

Oh, yeah... I've been buying up some max legendary and max epics and rare cards for my land.

Now that is where I am... but we are just getting started.

Today I actually sold an NFT on OpenSea, so I bought another piece of land today. I think I want to get 10 total plots together. I plan on claiming on stream and get as many active people together to get in the same tract or region. Aftersound said he wants to plan that with me. More to come on that later.

I thought about buying more land... but I'll need something to do tomorrow.
