Aceh kingdom noodles are typical noodles from Aceh that are sold in Tangerang. This Aceh noodle is usually cooked with slices of beef, mutton or seafood, and is served in a savory and spicy curry-type soup. Aceh noodles are available in two types, Mie Goreng Aceh and Mie Aceh Kuah. And above it is usually sprinkled with fried onions and served with chips, pieces of red onion, cucumber, and lime juice.
The Acehnese I promoted this time is Acehnese noodles found in my city, Tangerang city or precisely in the old market. The owners and employees who work in Aceh noodle stalls are also native to Aceh, so the taste is still the same as what we bought in Aceh.
