Memeit.LoL is not showing any published posts on "Profile" (Which posts was published using Memeit.LoL)

Expected behavior

Memeit.lol should be show on profile all of the published posts through memeit.lol.

Actual behavior

Memeit.lol is not showing any published post (which post was published using memeit.lol) on the Profile

How to reproduce

• Open a browser and go on https://memeit.lol

• Now log in your steemit on Memeit.lol website.

• Then click on Create Post

• Create a post with memes which you like.

• Then Submit This post.

• After that click on your Profile To check your published post.

• It will show look like this :
  

• Browser/App version: Google Chrome
  Version 67.0.3396.62 (Official Build) beta (32-bit)

• Operating system: Windows 10
