My tribe
It's my hip, a nerve or so not my back, I told my son who came to my aid to drag me out of bed. It must suck to have a mom like me, all I wanted it to lift my cup from the side table to make myself a cup of tea.
The last appointment at the chiropractor was years ago. He told me to only visit him if I couldn't hold the pain any longer. Back then he figured out within 5 minutes what was damaged if it comes to this skeleton of mine.
The warm water bottle is a good invention and help and if not I ask someone else to give me a hand if it comes to stretching and pulling my skeleton "apart".
Do not hold the door, I scream for pain, you might break the window.
There I stand unable to walk, sit down or go back to bed.
Do you need to visit the toilet, he asked but I wasn't sure I felt the urge. The last time I did was yesterday before 6 p.m. by now it's 16 hours later.

I stand still and after a while, I can shuffle to the kitchen. I have no idea yet how to get outside and sit on the potty or worse stand up.
I stand in the kitchen while my son is busy and decide to shuffle outside on my own.
I made it and could even stand up to my own surprise. My right hip and leg hurt and I look at my tribe, my pack of wolves, outside.
Sorry, you have to wait a bit longer till I can walk a bit normally and carry your bowls with food, I tell them.
Once inside I go back to bed to stretch out and I hear them cry. It only takes a few minutes but they sound how I feel and share my pain with me.
It's years ago I wrote this. While in my bed I found this draft. Strangely enough, I can not find one single post before 2021, at times 2020 which is such a loss of good content once written.
I wish I could find what I wrote back and hope this platform will realize that.
