The Poetry of Letting Go

There is something deeply comforting about combining the visual beauty of nature with the raw emotion of written words. The poem on the right page, titled "I Wish to Rest Into You," speaks volumes about a feeling I think many of us secretively carry: the deep desire to finally stop being strong for a moment, to exhale, and to find a safe space to break if we need to.

We spend so much time "holding ourselves up" that we forget how healing it is to just collapse into safety—whether that's in the arms of someone we love, or simply within the quiet sanctuary of a good book.

Nature's Contrast

The vibrant, deep pink roses resting across the pages felt like the perfect contrast. They are lively and beautiful, yet plucked and delicate. To me, they represent the vulnerability we expose when we open ourselves up to poetry, to love, and to self-reflection.
