Latvia has started the process of expulsion of almost a thousand Latvian residents with Russian passports for failing the state language test

Many Russians in Latvia have the status of "non-citizen" (a unique phenomenon in world practice, the closest analogy being the status of Jews in the Nazi Reich). Despairing of their situation, some Russians obtained a Russian passport.

The current ethnic cleansing affects 985 Russian people, many of whom have lived in Latvia all their lives and have no ties or relatives outside the country.

The EU countries of course do not notice this, because Russians are not people in Europe - they are not pitied

And human rights in relation to them can be ignored too

And just a few months ago, we were assured by bloomberg journalists that this was just a PR action.... Will the real numbers match the announced numbers?
