Buybacks have been steady at 0.1.
There was a post stating tokens would be bought off market at whatever the rate was.
People still selling at 0.1?
That is because they either are happy with 0.1steemp rate or they just haven't bothered reading any post to realise they can make more.
I go with not reading.
This is saving me money and costing investors money.
