Today I bring you some pictures taken on a brief trip around the southern bay.

The southern bay, located in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina, is formed by the narrowing of the channel between the island of Santa Catarina and the mainland.

Around this bay are the highest points in the region: on the island, Morro do Ribeirão da Ilha, in the historic town of Ribeirão da Ilha, at around 532 meters. On the mainland, Morro do Cambirela, at over 1000 meters high.

The photos were taken from the mainland side, in the city of São José.

Trago hoje algumas imagens feitas num breve passeio pela baía sul.
A baía Sul, localizada no estado brasileiro de Santa Catarina, é formada pelo estreitamento do canal entre a Ilha de Santa Catarina e o continente.

Ao redor desta baía, estão os pontos culminantes da região: na ilha o Morro do Ribeirão da Ilha, na localidade histórica do Ribeirão da Ilha, com cerca de 532 metros. No continente, o Morro do Cambirela, com mais de 1000 metros de altitude.

As fotos foram feitas desde o lado continental, na cidade de São José.
