This is what happened recently with a Mysterious A16z Tweet which Sparked a Rally in Crypto Project Optimism's OP Token
The color and the circle matched with the commonly associated a16z logo.
It looks very much like the tweet that Coinbase used to tease the impending announcement of its Optimism-backed layer 2 network – called Base...
Nevertheless, the CTO of a16z denied the Layer2 rumour with the following tweet:
Time will tell what is "coming". Until then, stay safe out there!
