Having a breakfast with my family at the winter morning

Greetings my friends.It’s been cold here. When it comes winter, we have a tradition which is sitting beside a stove, having a small talk and enjoying a meal together with the family. I would like to share about a breakfast we have this morning. Just for you know it’s not a regular breakfast . The warmth of my family make it special.

We always use electric stoves or gas at our house. But for this cold morning, we used charcoal stove. Instead of charcoal, we used some dry wood sticks for this time. We can both cook the meal and get some warmth. The chef is my mom and her cuisines is always mouthwatering and different.

You can see it’s a little bit messy. There’s nine members at our house and that’s a lot of work to prepare breakfast for all of us. But my mom is a pro at preparing meals for crowds so it’s easy-peasy for her.

She’s sitting in front of the stove and giving orders to my little sister and brother. They’re fresher assistants for her. Although they have been staying with her more than ten years, she isn’t satisfied with their help.

We bought 1.5 kg of rice noodle and snow pea leaves from the morning market. Step one is to boil the noodles and snow pea leaves. Step two is the ingredients. We add salt,sesame seeds ,crashed peanut, pre-heat garlic oil, tomato paste, chopped green onions and parsley. The final step is to add chicken broth and you’ll get yours rice noodle soup delicious.

We have a bowl of rice noodle soup plus one piece of fried chicken per one.

I was just chilling and taking some photos. When my mom noticed I was taking photos, she picked a small piece of fried chicken wings and pranked me. You can see her smile and how much she’s enjoying the moment.
