Hello everyone, today I'm sharing a new illustration, part of my ongoing portrait practice. This time it's a woman showing her back, with curly hair. I created it with watercolors, using wet-on-dry techniques and trying to maintain consistent brushstrokes and achieve layers of transparency. For the hair, I applied wet-on-wet brushstrokes to blend the pigments.
Hola a todos, hoy les comparto una nueva ilustración, como practica constante de retratos, en esta oportunidad es una mujer mostrando su espalda, con cabellera rizada. La misma la realice con acuarelas, aplicando técnicas de húmedo sobre seco y tratando de mantener las pinceladas y lograr capas de transparencias. En el caso del cabello, aplique pinceladas húmedos sobre húmedo, para poder matizar los pigmentos del cabello.
