Knoah Mari — Second Time for Me, First Time for Them!

There are places that stick with you—not just for hype. A place that makes you feel it is worth to visit because of its vibes and their refreshing drinks! It is the Knoah Mari, for me.

I visited Knoah Mari once again but this time, I am with different people. The silly thing is, we were actually living in the same city and our places are not that far from one another. Yet, we were not able to catch-up for months! Our squad were not even complete, our other friends were busy. Funny, right? Well, I guess it's because of what they called “adulTHING.” Our schedule doesn’t always agree with our plans for a girls’ date.

Since Knoah Mari is the only coffee shop they haven’t visited yet, I brought them there. I was really excited to hear their comments about the coffee shop. I never hesitated to bring them there because I knew they will love it especially the ambience.

As soon as we arrived, they started taking everything in—the warm, cozy ambiance, the calming setup, and of course, the drinks. We found our spot, settled in, and from that point on, we had our unli chit-chat.

We talked about our life updates like love life (or the lack of it haha ><), academic struggle, funny memories and the random “do you remember...” moments. It took us almost 4 hrs and it was not even enough. We could’ve stayed longer if only we do not have other responsibilities. What I love most about days like this is how time just slips away. No phones, no distractions, just real conversations and genuine laughter.

I’m happy I got to share one of my favorite spots with people who matter to me. There’s something special about bringing your friends to a place you already love, and then seeing them fall in love with it too.

Now, I had a feeling that we will definitely visit Knoah Mari again but by that time, our other friends would be able to join.
