Hello community! Nice to be with you again to share with you my creative activity today which consists of a delicious pineapple and passion fruit smoothie. This tasty smoothie is very easy to prepare in just a few minutes.
It is a very nutritious shake and helps us to reduce inflammation and increase the body's defenses in order to keep us healthy and strong.

Without further ado, I invite you to prepare this tasty drink with me and let's get our hands on the blender 😋.

Hola comunidad!! Encantado de estar nuevamente con ustedes para compartirles mi actividad creativa de hoy la cual consiste en un delicioso batido de piña con maracuyá. Éste sabroso batido es muy sencillo de preparar y en tan sólo pocos minutos.
Es un batido muy nutritivo y nos ayuda a desinflamar y aumentar las defensas del cuerpo a fin de mantenernos sanos y fuertes

Sin más que agregar les invito a preparar conmigo esta sabrosa bebida y pongamos manos a la licuadora 😋

To prepare this delicious smoothie, we use the following ingredients, namely:

1 Pineapple
2 Passion fruit
2 cups of water
12 tablespoons of sugar

Para preparar éste delicioso batido, utilizamos los siguientes ingredientes, a saber:

1 Piña
2 Maracuyá
2 Tazas de agua
12 Cucharadas de azúcar

I started by peeling the passion fruit, then I washed them with abundant water.

Inicié pelando las maracuyá, luego lavé con abundante agua

Then I took the passion fruit to the fire until the shells softened.

Después llevé las maracuyá al fuego hasta ablandar las cáscara

Next, I peeled the pineapple, washed it in plenty of water and cut it into slices.
