This time I want to share today's activity which consists of preparing a delicious beet and guava smoothie. It is very simple to prepare and in just a few minutes we will be enjoying a nutritious smoothie. This is ideal to strengthen the immune system and thus be shielded against the attack of viruses or diseases.

Come with me and let's prepare together this smoothie with the purpose of delighting the palate of friends and family. Hands to the beet.

En esta ocasión deseo compartir mi actividad de hoy la cual consiste en la preparación de un delicioso batido de remolacha y guayaba. Es muy sencillo de preparar y en tan poco minutos estaremos disfrutando de un nutritivo batido. Éste es ideal para fortalecer el sistema inmunológic y así estar blindados ante el ataque de virus o enfermedades.

Venga conmigo y preparemos juntos este batido con el propósito de deleitar el paladar de amigos y familiares. Manos a la remolacha.

To prepare this smoothie we use the following materials, namely:

1 Beetroot
2 Guavas
8 spoonfuls of sugar

Para preparar este batido utilizamos los siguientes materiales, a saber:

1 Remolacha
2 Guayabas
8 Cucharadas de azúcar

I started by peeling the vegetables

Inicié pelando los vegetales

I then washed the vegetables with plenty of water and then cut and cooked them.

Luego lavé con abundante agua los vegetales y después corté

Then I added two cups of water to the blender, took all the ingredients and blended until a homogeneous mixture was obtained.

Después agregué dos tazas de agua a la licuadora, llevé todos los ingredientes y licué hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea

Next, I added 8 tablespoons of sugar, blended again and then strained.

Seguidamente añadí 8 cucharadas de azúcar, licué nuevamente y después colé

Finally, I served and ready to enjoy this delicious and nutritious smoothie with the family.

Finalmente serví y listo a disfrutar en familia de éste delicioso y nutritivo batido.
