Calm Your Mind _ Please!
Calm your mind and take a walk on this pathway.
Time in nature can be healing.
If you live in a city, I pray you can find a park or green area to observe nature.
Find a time when it isn't too hot or too cold and take a walk.
Concentrate on the goodness around you and let go of your worry!
God really is in control.
Take a few minutes or an hour: to meditate on that thought.
“Don’t fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.”Isaiah 43:1
God actually commands us not to fear, or worry.
The phrase “fear not” is used at least 80 times in the Bible; most likely because He knows the enemy uses fear to decrease our hope and limit our victories.
Have a Blessed Day!
