Having your hand raised is one of the best feelings in the world words cannot describe this feeling many people don’t know the sacrifice that need to compete the hours of training , dieting , being away from family, quality time , but then it’s all worth it when your hands raised

I enjoy fighting because there’s no hiding it’s only 30% physical and 70% mental strength I used to do team sports a lot but felt let down by team members if we lost or guilty if was my fault but in combat can only blame yourself if I win it’s down to me if I lose it’s also down to me
