Kia's electric hot-hatch is coming.

According to "DRIVE", Kia is working on a new compact EV, which will probably also see a sporty hot-hatch version. The manufacturer is working on a whole series of new EVs, three of them are to be classic passenger cars (not SUVs) and one of them is a compact the size of Kia Ceed (Cerato). If it is created on a chassi dedicated to EVs (e.g. E-GMP or eM), it will also appear in a sporty hot-hatch version. "Drive" asked artist Throttle to visualize what such a compact might look like.
