The Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV is a fastback coupe version of the Alfa Romeo Alfetta, which was introduced in 1974. The Alfetta GTV coupe was built in a number of variants including the well-known GTV-6, which was the only V6 powered Alfetta variant offered. Alfa Romeo says the brand could resurrect the small 'fastback' to rival Toyota GR86.
