Puto Pao
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I decided to showcase one of my favorite treats: Puto Pao. This treat is a combination of Puto and Siopao wherein steamed sweet rice cakes are filled with meat fillings reminiscent of a Siopao. It is a delight to eat since the savoury flavors of the meat blends well with the subtle sweetness of the rice cake. You can eat it as a snack or serve it during lunch or breakfast. It is also efficient to eat since you can just hold and eat it wherever and whenever you want to.
