Buko Salad
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a Classic Filipino Dessert called the Buko Salad. It is made of young coconut shreds mixed with sweetened condensed milk, cream, fruits, Nata de Coco (coconut gel), palm fruits, corn kernels, and cheese. It is famous during the holidays possibly because of the bright colors of its ingredients. It's such a fun dessert to eat because of the mixture of the different flavors and textures of the different ingredients. It sure is a must-try during the holidays and even in normal occasions.
