Chocolate Mud Cake
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a dessert called Chocolate Mud Cake. Chocolate Mud Cake consists of chocolate sponge cake layered with cream, chocolate ganache, and chocolate fudge. What I really like about authentic Chocolate Cake is how robust the cocoa tastes when you bite into one. I don't like mud cakes that are filled with sugar or where they use milk chocolate instead of bittersweet or dark chocolate (this is mostly a personal preference) since I lean to mud cakes that have that bitter cocoa flavor which I feel is the true taste of chocolate. Mud Cakes are easy to bake however its the taste and how each of its layers complement with each other that you need to focus and look out for when baking one.
