Ube Loaf
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be trying out Ube Loaf which is an ube moist cake. This is another Ube and Cheese dessert (you can clearly tell I like Ube and Cheese) that really satisfies the soul. What I really like about this dessert is how moist the cake is. It melts in your mouth and you can clearly taste the real ube flavor unlike desserts with artificial ube flavoring. The Ube Ganache was really nice since it was not as sweet as I thought it would be. Overall, I really like this dessert and I hope more people would try to recreate it and mix things up.
