Boston Creme Donut
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing one of my most favourite donut types. Boston Creme Donut is a very popular donut here, it is made of bavarian cream filling and chocolate on top of the donut. I particularly like this version of Boston Creme because the cream is not too sweet but is still delicious and the chocolate doesn't overwhelm the cream. I also love how airy and fluffy the donut is as opposed to just having a heavy dough which cam somehow suck the oil leaving it oily and dense.
