Cookies and Cream Ensaymada
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a rising dish and a delicious one at that. Cookies and Cream Ensaymada is a baked delight of crushed chocolate cookies and cream sitting on top of a warm and very fluffy bun with cream cheese filling inside. I love the contrast of the tangy cream cheese and the sweetness of the cookies and cream at the top which provides a really nice balance for the both of them.
