Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular treat. Chicken Skin is a deep-fried goodie served as a snack or as an appetizer. This is similar to chicharron (Filipino Style) wherein the pork skin is being deep-fried to attain a crispy texture, however, chicken skin has more chewiness to it and you can season it easily. Kids who love fried chicken, especially that crunchy and salty chicken skin, will surely love this delicious treat.
