Ube Yema Cake
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular combination dish. Ube and Yema cake are one of the cake staples here in the Philippines. Yema cake is just oozing with flavor with the caramel and salty cheese combined and Ube Cake is earthy and rich with the sweetness of the purple yam. Combining them together gives earthy, grounded, and rustic flavor bombs which I appreciate and adore.
