Siopao Asado
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a special Filipino-Chinese dish. Asado Siopao is basically a hot white bun filled with sweet meat filling. It is similar to Bao Buns but it is much fluffier and softer. The slightly sweet white bun along with the sweet meat filling is actually complementary even though both are sweet since the savoury and saltiness flavor from the meat cuts off the sweetness.
