Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular chinese treat. Tikoy or commonly known as Nian Gao, is a chinese rice cake treat made of glutinous rice flour and peanut filling inside. Nian Gao is so versatile that it has so many variations, one of them is this peanut tikoy. Nian Gao can also be its standard version and you can mix and match different fillings and toppings.
