Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular treat that everyone will surely love. Basque Burnt Cheesecake is a lighter and fluffier version of your typical New York-style cheesecake. It is creamy on the outside and caramelized on the outside layer. I love how this didn't have a crust and just focused on how the cheesecake would taste like since sometimes the graham crust can overpower the cheesecake a little bit.
