Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a special malay snack. Batang Buruk are fried spring roll wrappers dusted with sweet milk powder. This is such a contradicting dish because the term Batang Buruk translates to ugly log. However, it is not the case with this treat because it looks magnificent, especially with the milk powder dusting. It's cruchy, sweet, and flavorful.
