Patty Steak
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'm going to showcase a popular dish from a Fast Food restaurant. Burger Steak or Patty Steaks are somehow a staple in fast foods such as Jollibee and McDonald's here in the Philippines. It consists of seasoned patty with gravy, mushroom, and garlic toppings. What really is the main point, for me, is not the burger itself but the gravy sauce. The spice blend of the gravy when placed on top of the patty which has fat is just heavenly.
