Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a reimagined dish of a classic afternoon snack. Suman Moron is a smooth and silky type of glutinous rice treat usually made with chocolate. However, this version utilizes ube or the purple yam rather than the chocolate. It also contains a cheesy center which gives the dish a salty tone and cuts off the sweetness from the ube and the sugar and elevates it even further.
