Ube Custard Flan is your typical Custard cake but instead of a plain vanilla chiffon cake base, it uses an ube cake base instead. The earthiness and subtle sweetness of the ube cake matches really well will the sweetness and somehow bitterness of the caramel. Pair this with you cup of coffee and your afternoon treat will be a delight.
