Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a cultural treat. Baulo is a classic Muslim delicacy originated from Malaysia cuisine. It tastes similarly to a madeleine, however, it has a much more cakey texture. They are fluffy and sweet. The recipe usually calls for an fruity ingredient such as fruit juice or even a carbonated orange drink (the acid makes it puff even more). This is really a fun and portable treat since you can bring this anywhere you like.
