Ube Cheese and Buko Pandan Turon
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a really colorful treat. Turon, as we all know, is a type of finger food which contains banana, nangka, and other fillings that are wrapped in lumpia wrapper. In this version, the lumpia wrapper is now filled with ube halaya and buko pandan and it also has cheese inside. I really love eating this dish, it contains the sweetness from the ube and buko and the saltiness from the cheese. Make sure to eat it while it's hot to get all that gooey cheese!
