Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular snack here in the Philippines (but this is originally from the UK). Iced gems are bite-sized biscuits topped with royal icing colored with pastel. I've loved this snack since I was a child mainly because of its colors and I just love how cute they are. I like to dip them in chocolate whenever there's a chocolate fountain at an event. It is also relatively easy and cheap to make so you won't have to worry about its cost. You can also buy it relatively cheap at supermarkets or groceries. It just a lovely comfort snack to have and I hope it warms your heart too.
