MY COCONUT OIL PROCESS

Hello guys goodmorning hope you all are having a wonderful day in these beautiful month of june.

So guys today I want us to learn how to exact oil from coconut,and guys seriously won't regret checking up on these post,so coconut is very Rich for our skin,hair and even food so let jump in to the process very fast.

Items needed:
1.coconut
2.water
3.gas cooker

Processes
1.first of all u need to u break the coconut and remove the water from it and remove the coconut from the cover,and cut it into small pieces.

2.these where the real work start from,you need to start shredding the coconut one after the other I normally use my hand grounder for a better resuit,but mind you I still have to blend it so as to get out enough water from my coconut.

3.so after shredding my my coconut I boil enough water my water don't need to be hot just warm and I pour it inside my shredded coconut and turn it very well to remove all the coconut juice, and I filter it out and guys I only need the water.

4.so the next thing to do is cook the coconut water till it drys up and that is when the oil starts to come out.
