Cycling before rain

This afternoon was very windy and there was even a slight chance of rain. I grabbed my bike and headed north out of town.

Around the sea, kite surfers were enjoying the wind and waves.

On sections of the bike path, I could feel droplets of sea waves and grains of warm sand on my body.

Near the bunker, I stopped because I could clearly see how the sky had darkened and I could even hear thunder.

So I turned back, hoping that the rain wouldn’t catch up with me.

However, the rain managed to catch up with me and I had to stop and wait for the storm to pass.
