Bread with tahini (without flour)
Today I want to share with you a very successful bread that I make without flour. Its main ingredients are sesame tahini and eggs. The bread is extremely delicious and looks and smells delicious. Here is its recipe:
- 3 eggs
- 150g. sesame tahini
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- salt
First I beat the eggs.
I add the sesame tahini.
I add the baking powder and salt.
I stir the mixture well.
I pour the finished mixture into a suitable baking dish, covered with baking paper. I bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with a fan. After 35 minutes, I turn off the oven and open the door without taking out the bread. After another 10 minutes, I take it out and put it on a rack to cool.
The bread is ready to eat after it has completely cooled. It makes perfect slices.
The recipe is from Tina's Good Food's youtube channel. She makes it with sunflower tahini, but at home we consume more sesame, so I haven't tried the other sesame. But I'm going to try it with that one too.
