Losing Luna Profits Because Of Binance

In May 11th, during the process of $Luna pulling up, my long positions was automatically reduced by Binance, and every time I tried to long it was reduced by Binance, I would re-buy long, and I chose to go short when the trend reversed. A total of 21 orders were automatically reduced during $LUNA pulling up, so if Binance did not automatically reduce my position, I could earn more than 100 times. I think this is a lot of money. I have contacted Binance Customer service, submitted the order details, but they have no other way to deal with it other than making me wait.
