Vegan Dining at Che Tito’s Steakhouse

You might read the title and scratch your head. Yes, I went to an Argentinian steakhouse and ate 100% vegan
Almost every Friday, a group of teachers I work with and I go out to eat (and drink). For the past two times, we’ve gone to this place (Che Tito’s) near our school. Knowing that Stella Artois is a Vegan beer, I ordered one (and then another).
I spoke with one of the waiters and asked if I could have simple fettuccini noodles with a marinara sauce with no dairy, along with some veggies. He said, “sure” and asked if broccoli was ok. I said that it was and I got my beer.
About 20 minutes later, my meal came out.
It wasn’t necessarily cheap, but it was really good. The marinara sauce was out of this world. The broccoli made the dish really great. I could’ve made the dish at home, but every once in a while it’s nice to treat yourself and go out with some friends.
