I thought I would show you all the result of putting frozen onion rings into the Air Fryer we just got.

We used the Panda Express brand orange sauce and red chili pepper sauce that we just bought.

These turned out super crispy and we didn't have to add any oil because it's almost impossible for these to stick to the basket in the air fryer. Now, the frozen onion rings did have fat so they do have oil in them but the point is not to add your own oil in the cooking process.

Winn-Dixie has these on sale right now 2/$4 and you can mix and match rosemary fries or sweet potato waffles fries (which we also bought).

These would probably cost $5 at a restaurant and they would've cooked them with a crapload of oil, so I feel like we came out on top Air frying them at home.
