Rep. Thomas Massie Introduces the Repeal PREP Act
Nic Hulscher posted this report on Rep. Massie's bill to repeal the PREP Act, which would restore Americans' ability to sue for harms they have suffered as a result of vaccines, biologics, or treatments the PREP Act currently shields pharmaceutical companies from.
While the PREP Act wasn't the beginning of the Biosecurity Industrial Complex running roughshod over our freedom today, it is a significant pillar of that oppression, and truly completely disables informed consent, eliminates any incentive pharmaceutical companies have to provide products that actually improve our health, and upends tort law on a fundamental level. It should never have been passed, and should be repealed.
“The PREP Act is medical malpractice martial law,” said Rep. Massie.
“The 2005 PREP Act prevents people from holding corporations accountable for the pain and suffering they cause during Presidentially declared emergencies. Americans deserve the right to seek justice when injured by government-mandated products. The PREP Repeal Act will restore that right.”
