Hola, amigos de la comunidad #HCalisthenics. Les quiero compartir un vídeo que grabé con mi amigo @Edixovm. Ambos llegamos temprano a entrenar, por eso decidimos hacer una corta rutina de abdomen como manera de calentamiento, y para ir despertando el cuerpo para el entrenamiento que nos tocaba. Escogimos algunos ejercicios del circuito Reaper

La Rutina:
Elevaciones de pierna en barra10 reps
Elevaciones de pierna10 reps
Crunch abdominal10 reps
Escaladores de montaña10 reps
Posición de flexión1 minuto
Plancha abdominal1 minuto
x3 Series

Entrenar el abdomen es algo que nunca hago. Pero eso no quiere decir que no tenga una fuerza básica en ello, ya que este músculo lo estamos activando de manera indirecta al realizar varios de los ejercicios básicos que hay en nuestro deporte.

Recientemente pude notar mis carencias con respecto a la fuerza que tengo en algunos de mis grupos musculares, por eso he decidido empezar a enfocarme un poco más en mejorar mi fuerza abdominal, lumbar y de hombros.

Hello, friends of the #HCalisthenics community. I want to share with you a video I recorded with my friend @Edixovm. We both arrived early to train, so we decided to do a short ab routine as a way to warm up, and to wake up the body for the workout we were about to do. We chose some exercises from the Reaper circuit.

The Routine:
Bar leg lifts10 reps
Leg lifts10 reps
Abdominal crunch10 reps
Hill climbers10 reps
Bending position1 minute
Abdominal plank1 minute
x3 Sets

Training the abdomen is something I never do. But that doesn't mean that I don't have basic strength in it, since we are activating this muscle indirectly by performing several of the basic exercises that are in our sport.

Recently I could notice my shortcomings regarding the strength I have in some of my muscle groups, that's why I have decided to start focusing a little more on improving my abdominal, lumbar and shoulder strength.
