Only because of the lack of trust, overproduced goods and assets remain unused. BizShake takes an endeavor to solve this trust issue by using NEO Blockchain technology. The principal merit of Blockchain is trustworthy transactions. By using Smart Contracts, Blockchain allows completely reliable business deal. BizShake will charge a minimal fee for the transactions that will have to be paid with BZS token. With this money, BizShake aims to grow its business and develop the idea of sharing economy.

MONETARY ASPECTS

To be a part of this asset sharing process, one will have to buy BZS token produces and disseminated by BizShake . The quantity of total token is 200,000,000 where 100,000,000 are for sale. In 2018, BizShake is going to release NEP-5 BZS token during a Security Token Offering (STO). People can collect tokens during crowdsale and private sale. Softcap of BizShake project is 50,000 NEO. In general, one will get 185 BZS token by contributing 1 NEO. But bonus will be available for early adoptions. Besides NEO, other cryptocurrency available for this STO event are GAS and ONT.

Token holders are entitled to vote in Token Holders Steering Committee. If a token holder has more token, his vote will be more influential. This voting will be regulated by Smart Contract for assuring accountability.

PRIVATE SALE (Oct 10 - Oct 14):

The minimum contribution in private sale is 1500 NEO. During this time one can acquire token in 40% bonus which makes 260 BZS token for 1 NEO.
