My daily story : Argiope spider

Argiope is a large spider that has a striking coloration on its belly. This spider's body is different from other spiders and its web is stronger than the regular spiders you see in your home. These spiders are also known as wasp spiders and St. spiders. Andrew. Because this spider forms the letter X on its web and this spider forms the letter X while waiting for the victim's trap in the web.

In the Philippines, There are various species of Argiope spiders. Argiope aemula, you can easily identify this spider by the zigsag design embossed on the web. This species can be found also in India, Sulawesi and the New Hebrides. Discovered in 1841 by Walkernaer.

Argiope catenulata (Grass Cross Spider). These spiders are usually seen in the grass like in the fields. This spider can also be found in India and New Guinea. Discovered in 1859 by Doleschall.

I found an argiope spider in a friend's rice field, while hunting for some macrophotography.
